I think the right thing to say to a customer when they feel they have been treated unfairly is "I apologize that happened, but unfortunately there's nothing I can do about it now." Not "Oh, you're a cop?" "What, you want ME to go cook you FOOD?" "OMG You're mad I was off by five minutes?" We spent good money at this place for multiple days in a row -- why would we want to do it ever again?

Absolutely my favorite venue, ever! Sound is superb and they always have top notch artists play. As a bonus, staff is good people, and the food is great. I can't say anything about the drinks though, as I don't partake.
